I just obtained the entire series of Spiderman 5000 1981 on DVD and the transfer process to DVD by Clearvision (who have since gone into administration) of the series has technical glitches which Clear Vision puts down to the age of the cartoon (It seems more like a transfer glitch to me I don't think someone was doing their job properly)  many complained about it at the time. The episode itself that is for the most part better quality than the upload seen here isn't editable due to the glitches so this is edited from a VHS transfer hence the poor quality.

I hope you still like it despite the low quality.
